I'm Allison

Nice to Meet You

I’m Allison, a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience helping women improve their health, heal their relationship with food, and achieve sustainable weight loss.

My journey into nutrition wasn’t academic—it was deeply personal. As a child and adolescent, I struggled with my weight and turned to chronic restriction in an effort to control my body. While I did lose weight, the long-term consequences were severe: loss of my menstrual cycle, gut dysfunction, hormone disruption, low libido, and eventually an autoimmune diagnosis. Even years later, I didn’t know if I would ever be able to have children.

That experience changed the trajectory of my life.

In my late twenties, I walked away from a successful career in sales and committed myself to learning how the body truly heals. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition, worked in clinical hospital settings, and immersed myself in understanding how food, movement, stress, and hormones work together.

By properly nourishing my body, changing how I exercised, and addressing chronic stress and cortisol imbalance, I healed my gut, restored my hormones, and regained my fertility. More importantly, I learned what actually works in real life—not just on paper.

Today, I work with women who want to lose weight without repeating the mistakes so many of us were taught. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful GLP-1 medications can be—and how harmful they can become when nutrition, strength training, and recovery are ignored. My role is to ensure weight loss supports long-term health, not undermines it.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition science, shaped by clinical experience, and informed by practices that have supported human health for generations. I focus on:

Eating enough to protect hormones and metabolism

Preserving muscle and strength during weight loss

Supporting gut health and energy

Creating habits that last beyond medication

I believe you can pursue weight loss and feel strong, energized, and confident in your body—without fear of long-term damage.

That’s what I help women do every day.
