Hi, I’m Allison, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to helping people feel at home in their bodies and confident in how they nourish themselves.
My fascination with nutrition started at a young age, when I realized just how powerful our food choices are in shaping our bodies and our health. After years of restrictive dieting in my teens, I began experiencing fertility challenges, gut issues, and autoimmune symptoms that left me feeling disconnected and frustrated with my body.
It took years of healing — physically, mentally, and emotionally — to restore balance and rebuild trust with myself. Along that journey, I discovered that wellness isn’t about perfection or control, but about awareness, compassion, and connection.
Yoga and mindfulness became cornerstones of my personal healing and now serve as a foundation of my counseling approach. They remind me — and the people I work with — that nourishment is not just about what’s on your plate, but also about how you live, think, and care for yourself.
My approach blends the science of nutrition with the wisdom of mindfulness — empowering you to move beyond diet rules and reconnect with what your body truly needs. I believe that when we eat with awareness and compassion, we can support both physical health and emotional wellbeing.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, groups, and organizations to help people simplify nutrition, improve energy, and develop a more peaceful relationship with food. My training in yoga and mindful eating has shown me that true wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence, balance, and intention.
Through Live Well RDN, I guide clients to pair mindful eating practices with evidence-based nutrition strategies so they can look and feel their best — without restriction or guilt. Whether your goal is to support digestion, balance your metabolism, or simply enjoy food again, my mission is to help you build sustainable habits that nourish your whole self.
When I’m not teaching or coaching, you’ll likely find me enjoying a good yoga flow, cooking a Mediterranean-inspired meal, or exploring new ways to live more mindfully — both on and off the plate.
Live Well RDN is where mindfulness meets nutrition — helping you find freedom, confidence, and joy in how you eat and live.
